Our Selective Hiring Process

We prefer to invest more time in our hiring process to save both ourselves and our clients time in the future. If you’re interested in working at Wow Sites, please apply through the application page. Since our application process includes a small challenge, we do not accept direct applications via email. We appreciate your understanding.

1. Job Applications

We post the available position and share it across multiple platforms. At this stage, candidates already face a small technical challenge in how they apply. We ensure we receive enough applications during this step.

2. Resume Shortlisting

We carefully review each application and go through all the CVs. In this step, we select the most suitable applicants, solely based on their resumes.

3. Audio Recording

We ask the shortlisted applicants from the previous step to send a short voice message, introducing themselves and describing their skills. In this step, we ensure we pick those with strong communication skills, in either English or German.

4. Pair Programming

Based on the preferred language (German or English), one of our senior developers will conduct a pair programming session, lasting up to 90 minutes, to assess whether the applicants’ skills and experience match our needs.

5. Welcome on Board

Candidates who pass the pair programming task will be selected, and after a brief call with the founder, they will be welcomed to the team and informed about the next steps.
